For your wedding ceremony here at Kona Village Resort, we offer many exceptional locations:

The Island site located in our lagoon which features two small islands nestled within a lush, tropical garden setting. Spanned by gracefully arching foot bridges and shaded by a canopy of palms, this area is an idyllic spot to affirm your love.

The South Point Tiki site, situated at the southern end of Kahuwai Bay, is a picturesque spot with unobstructed views of the ocean and amazing Kona sunsets. This beach wedding setting will allow you to sink your toes in the sand as you exchange your wedding vows.

Additional possibilities include our unique black sand beach and dramatic lava rock promontory or the park-like setting of Kahua Lawn, replete with a graceful waterfall and view of the mountain Hualalai.

Our Events & Wedding Coordinator is available to assist you and handle all of your wedding arrangements and ceremony coordination for your special occasion. Wedding packages are booked at the time of your room reservations.

The Food & Beverage department will assist you with arrangements for private dinners, parties, entertainment and menus. Please note that as a courtesy to other guests live bands, dance music and entertainment needs to finish by 9:30pm in order to maintain the tranquility that Kona Village guests treasure. Also note, all outside suppliers or vendors for your wedding or event need to be contracted or approved through our Wedding Department.

Please note: There is a three-night minimum stay for couples planning weddings at Kona Village Resort. All packages are subject to a tax of 4.166% and packages, pricing and inclusions are subject to change without notice.

Special pricing is available for groups with at least 8 bungalows for a minimum of 3 nights. Also, to make your day even more special, we never book more than one wedding during a day.

Romantic Sunset Dinner for Two

Enjoy a romantic private dinner on the beach just for the two of you. Our staff will make all the arrangements and you will be able to select directly from the Hale Moana menu. Candlelight and a floral centerpiece will complement the canopy of stars while your private waiter is available throughout the dinner. The cuisine is a modern interpretation of French Polynesian cuisine.

Romantic Turndown Package

For a special touch to your evening include our romantic turndown package which includes:

Your welcome to the Village includes a fragrant flower lei greeting and tropical rum punch on arrival. Romance at the Village also includes:
