Position #1 - The Bookkeeper from Heaven!
We are looking for an awesome bookkeeper who has several years of experience working with travel computer accounting. Detailed Trams and CB+ knowledge necessary. Must be very computer literate with the ability to learn new programs, implement new procedures... Familiarity with Tour Operator programs would be a huge benefit. Other requirements for the position: Vision, commitment, pro-active work attitude, works well with people, dependable, detail oriented, will go the extra mile. Salary starting from $35,000 year plus bonuses for the right person. Medical/Dental Insurance after 2nd month. Pay negotiable depending on verifiable qualifications.


Position #2 - The Hottest Salespeople around!
Hot Sales people!!!!! All of our agents work on a minimal base against a generous commission. We ARE NOT looking for corporate agents. We are looking for experienced leisure travel agents (or those who are in travel and SELL!). We offer a delightful array of travel destinations - Sun and Fun... Honeymoons, Weddings, Cruises, Luxury Travel. We get many hotel freebies here on our own island of Maui and all the Islands. You can't imagine how much fun we have living here, selling our own islands, and being offered innumerable perks. Commission up to 35%+ of gross commission produced (paid against draw). Other incentives from our providers bring your take home pay to wonderful levels. Good Agents make from $2000 to $4000 a month. Great Agents make $4000-$8000+++ a month. It usually takes about 3-6 months to get the momentum going. All hires are on a 3 month temporary basis. After the 3 months, it will be determined if you have what it takes to sell in our type of travel environment. If you do, you will be hired as a permanent employee and will receive full Medical/Dental Insurance, a familiarization tour to Fiji (after 6 months), and qualify for numerous other perks made available to well trained high producing sales agents.

Position #3 - Assistant Manager
We are looking for that special person who has all the qualities we are looking for. The position requires: Intimate knowledge, like the back of his/her hand, of the leisure travel industry. Knowledge of internet Sales & Marketing would be helpful. Must be able to manage all office details and staff. A positive attitude and delivery are mandatory. Must have excellent sales skills, organization skills, have the ability to put projects together and implement them, and have superior computer and computer program skills. Thorough knowledge of Apollo is preferred. Our Back Office accounting is Trams with the front office using Client Base Plus database for marketing & itinerary production. Knowledge of these programs would be helpful.

People skills are required for managing staff, dealing with product development and suppliers and problem resolution. To start, the position will be 90% sales/10% management. You must prove yourself as a superior salesperson to effectively lead and train the agents you supervise. After approximately 120 days, you will start phasing into more management. This will happen once you have proven your sales skills and mastered the computer systems we have in place. Over a period of 6 months, you will be phased into a 60% sales/40% management scenario - spending approximately 60% of your time making arrangements for clients.

What IS NOT required: We have a full time bookkeeper (ARC is automated and taken care of by accounting) and computer/Web "mistress". We also have a full-time documents department.
Days & Hours: Monday-Friday, Sat 8-2 - Approximately 50 hours per week
Travel Required: Interisland, Fiji, Tahiti
Salary starts from $33,000.00/year plus personal and office sales incentives.
Hire is considered a TEMPORARY HIRE for the first 30 days. This period is to accertain if "the shoe fits".
Medical/Dental Insurance after 2nd month.
