Maui Kaanapali Villas
This
condo resort is arrayed along one of West Maui’s
loveliest beaches, ideal for swimming, snorkeling,
boogie-boarding, and walking. Eleven acres of
tropical gardens are planted with at least 80
Hawaiian species and dotted with vaulted, low-rise
buildings. Families, active travelers, celebrating
couples, and golfers appreciate the quiet oceanfront
location with easy access to Kaanapali Resort
activities.
Aston
Maui Kaanapali combines condominium style with
hotel amenities, including three freeform pools,
a poolside café and bar, a fitness center,
and a small day spa, which offers massages in
garden cabanas. Wireless Internet access is
available throughout the property and included
in the resort fee. As the first stop for the
complimentary Kaanapali shuttle, the resort
is minutes away from an adjacent tennis ranch
and two championship golf courses.
Located
on a prime section of Kaanapali Beach just north
of Black Rock, Maui Kaanapali Villas is one
mile from Whalers Village shopping and dining.
The Kaanapali Golf Courses are two miles from
the resort. Lahaina, a historic waterfront town
with shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions,
is four miles away.
The
on-site Castaway Café, located poolside,
features an open-air terrace and a separate
indoor/outdoor bar. The menu showcases island
cuisine, accompanied by an impressive wine selection.
Conveniences
include coin-operated laundry facilities, a
sundries store, and an Internet kiosk with three
high-speed terminals (surcharge). The casual,
wicker-furnished lobby includes a library.
Children
ages 5–12 are welcome at Camp Kaanapali,
located at a companion resort one mile away
($25 daily surcharge, subject to change).
A
daily resort fee of $9 per room covers parking,
access to the fitness center, and wireless Internet
access throughout the property (fee subject
to change).
