pool, which offers sufficient privacy for clothing optional sunning.
The home features central A/C, 4 bedrooms + 1 downstairs bedroom,
private bath attached to each bedroom, total 6.5 bathrooms, 5,500
square feet including garage, formal entry and living room, wet
bar, fireplace, family room, entertainment room, central sound,
dining area indoors for 10.
Upstairs
is only one private master bedroom suite with king bed, TV &
VCR, small writing desk in private alcove, full bathroom with deep
soaking tub, separate shower and ocean views. A small lanai off
this bedroom provides for private sunning. A second master bedroom
on the main level has a king bed, ocean views, TV & VCR and
spacious bathroom. Between the master bedroom and the living room
are two identically sized and styled garden bedrooms each with queen
beds. They are separated by a staircase to the upstairs master bedroom
suite so they are nicely spaced apart from each other. Each bedroom
has a private shower/tub bathroom and garden patio. The downstairs
bedroom suite is accessed from the side of the pool area, outside
of the main house. It has 2 direct doorways to the garden. There
are steps leading down to this bedroom. The sauna is located within
it. A private shower bathroom is provided along with a king bed.
The entertainment room is off the living area has a good quality
central stereo with CD and tape player and a large screen XBR Sony
TV & VCR. Another similar Sony TV is provided in the family
room within the kitchen area.
