Nestled
in a quiet residential neighborhood in the south shore town of Kihei,
this tasteful, seven room, beachfront residence
has both a comfortable proximity to the bustle of small town life and
a secluded, tropical feel. Mango Surf is named for the long season of
the delicious mango fruit that blooms right outside the dining room
window.
The master bedroom features an extended outdoor covered lanai and a
glorious ocean view. Two other bedrooms round out the accommodations
to provide six guests privacy and simplified luxury at its finest.
There are two bathrooms with large showers in the house and a bathroom
and outside shower at the pool cabana. The sophisticated, but easy
to use security system adds peace of mind during your stay.
A short stroll from the house, proceeding by the cabana
and pool, beyond the running waterfall,
the sprawling lawn and swaying palm trees lead you to the ocean.
When you're ready to come in from your day at the beach, you'll find
televisions throughout the house, a CD
player and VCR. A library of music and hit movies are at your
disposal. Stocked with major brand appliances
and cookware, the sunny kitchen will provide you with everything
you need to prepare an island feast to enjoy under one of the covered
terraces or at the beautiful Balinese dining
table. An easy to use outdoor gas barbeque
is a great place to grill local delicacies, such as the delicious Ono
fish.
This property is a great place for an extended summer retreat or a peaceful
alternative to living in a house under construction.
