There is no doubt about it, Hawaii is one of the most romantic and enjoyable destinations to visit. After living here for 25 years, I am always pleased that new visitors continue to enjoy the beauty and diversity which is Hawaii and that others come back year after year. It could be the miles of pure white beaches, snorkeling, the sunsets, palm trees dancing in the wind or.... shopping.
Some people fall in love with our flowers, fragrant and seductive. Or, the flowering trees suchas jacaranda, royal poinsiana, african tulips and coral rainbow trees. Hiking, swimming in hidden waterfalls and pools and exploring the jungle side of Hawaii leaves little to be desired. Except... maybe kayaking with dolphins and accidently coming so close to a humpback whale that you can almost touch it!

Hawaii offers lots of things to do or nothing at all. Each island has its own charm and ambiance. There are many places to hide away. There are GREAT restaurants. Each year new accomodations become available that are unique and worthy of trying. Molokai Ranch has such a fantastic offering with its new Lodge. It is like stepping back in time to old Hawaiiana. Their tent camps are perfect if you'd like a little 4 Star camping! The staff there is the friendliest I have ever met in Hawaii. You might try a little "Tarzan and Jane" in a rustic treehouse in Hana. Or, try one of the incredibly beautiful ocean/beachfront homes that Hawaii has to offer from basic to exquisite luxury.
